What we're building

Establish a multicenter clinical trials infrastructure

A network of high-volume centers with shared leadership, working groups, regulatory pathways, authorship principles, data-sharing processes, and a clear mechanism for prioritizing and activating multicenter therapeutic studies.

Define priority populations, eligibility, and outcomes

Identify the highest-priority disease groups for therapeutic development and harmonize trial-ready definitions and clinically meaningful endpoints across centers.

Launch a prioritized portfolio of therapeutic trials

Generate, rank, and advance trial concepts with embedded translational endpoints: molecular profiling, imaging correlates, biospecimens, circulating biomarkers, and patient-reported outcomes, to evaluate novel therapies and find predictors of response and resistance.
